Congratulations on your journey into parenthood! in this 6 week, or 2 day intensive course ; I will educate you and your partner or birth support about preparations for birth and postpartum Provide fact and evidence based information about different options in the pregnancy, 7 postpartum period Be an unbiased resource Provide you and your partner or birth support reassurance and encouragement I will answer any and all your questions about birth and post partum without bias Serve you with a caring and empathetic attitude I will help you and your partner prepare emotionally for birth. Topics Covered will be; Stages of labor, breath work, decision-making , pain management, informed choice, birth plan, Post partum recovery , infant feeding, and more 6-week session option will be held once per week for 2 hours with breaks. 2 day intensive will be 7 hours per day ( reserved for families with due dates within 30 days of scheduling the class) This class is included in Doula Service Contact me to schedule your appointment for a private session.
